Baked Chicken for Dinner in the Roasting Pan. I use a 5 - 6 lb Fryer, these go for 77 cents a pound at Aldi, that makes it about $4.00.
I used my little enamel roasting pan. I coat it with olive oil and Mrs Dash seasonings. Start at 350 degrees leave the lid off for the 1st 45 minutes, then ad a half cup of water and cover for an hour at 325. Voila, the perfect baked chicken. Can be used for many meals, and chick salad later.
