TV Show "LOST" Song Parody Video
I've watched "LOST" every episode, and it really is a guessing game to try to figure out what is going on, so as the final season is upon us, this song I found on youtube helps sum things up, they may not be answers. Great video from The Fine Brothers.
Review: Tom & Jerry's Diner in Burton, Ohio
Tom & Jerry's Fish Fry Dinner, I got it 'to go' as I was not in a cooking at home mood.
2 good sized breaded fish portions, choice of fries (I got waffle) good cole slaw & tarter sauce, at $8.75 it is hard to beat.

1985 Music Video featuring an Isetta Micro Car
I have always wanted an Isetta mini car since I saw one on "The Price Is Right" when I was a kid in the 50's.
An Isetta is shown in this video, about at the 1:00 minute mark, and they even throw in a Green Acres scene.
Whistle was a mid 80's rap group consisting of Jazzy Jazz, Kool Doobie (a.k.a. KD), Kraze and DJ Silver Spinner. Their biggest hit was the 1985 track "(Nothing Serious) Just Buggin'".
Review: Banquet Homestyle Bakes Beef Stew
I was at the checkout at the Marc's grocery store and there was a huge pallet sized display right next to me in the line, with this and several other varies of Home Style Bakes.
The price was $3.28 for the 35.6 oz box, which since I had time in line to read it said there were 2 cans of beef stew, so this was a good deal just for the cans, but with the biscuit mix included I thought I'd try it out.
Preparation was easy, just open the cans into the dish, and mix the biscuit mix with 1/2 cup water (it needed a little more) and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
Looks: 4 out of 5 pretty close
Taste: 4.5 out of 5 tasted pretty good but hard for anything to get past the can taste.
Would recommend and buy again.
Here is a big pile of snow!
In the parking lot of the grocery store in Chardon, Ohio, the pile was taller than the van!

Verizon Prepaid Samsung Smooth Can Save Big Money
Bought for my wife as we wanted to end her current contract month to month on her old phone to save money which was like $45 a month, and her old phone was getting out dated.
$19.99 + tax from Walmart came with $10 airtime good for 60 days and $10 more will be added when more time is bought, so in other words, the phone is free.
The daily fee is 99 cents only on days you use the phone, and no minutes are deducted if you talk to others on Verizon. She has a few friends on Verizon so that will save a lot. Talk all day for 99 cents if you want.
If not on Verizon it is 10 cents a minute. Daily mobile web access is 99 cents if used and is good for 24 hours of use, so checking emails on the go is good if you are away from your computer for an extended time.
There is a GPS feature and that is $2.95 a day if used for that 24 hour period.
Airtime cards are bought to add time, and a $15 card is good for 30 days.
Unused money is rolled over as well.
I bought a $100 card and that is good for a whole year, so that is a $80 saving right there.
BUT, I bought it on eBay for $93.97 and that makes it just 7.83 a month.
So, the old contract price was $45 a month or $540 a year
Now the prepaid price is $7.83 a month or 93.97 a year.
A savings of $446.03 a year of $37.16 a month.
This is of course depending on usage, and at this price she could use it 8 times a month with no extra fees, but she usually used her old phone less than 6 or 7 times a month anyway. Since the time is good for a year, some months may have heavier or lighter usage, so it would average out over the 12 months.
We use Skype at home, so even using more times per month this would still be a big savings per year overall.
To sum it up, if you only use a cell phone once in a while, consider a prepaid phone as an alternative, as this can save you big money.
